About Me
Hello!
I’m Linda — a Wellbeing Coach and Home Organiser for women, helping you create harmony between your inner and outer world.
After becoming a mum, I experienced the pressure of juggling multiple roles and burning out trying to do it all. Through learning practical tools, setting boundaries, and prioritising what truly matters, I found a better way — and now I support other women to do the same.
I specialise in working with women experiencing stress, anxiety, self-doubt, low mood, and overwhelm. I’m also passionate about supporting neurodivergent women, including those with ADHD and/or Autism, empowering them to understand their unique strengths and build lives that work with their wiring — not against it.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and practical. I combine life coaching with home organising to create calm, clarity, and supportive systems — both internally and at home. I believe our environment is just as important as our mental and emotional wellbeing, which is why I developed my PACE method to bring the two together.
With over five years’ experience, including work within NHS Primary Care, I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where meaningful, lasting change can happen.
Outside of my work, you’ll usually find me spending quality time with family and friends, getting lost in a good book, playing board games, or exploring new places near and far.
Since becoming a mum, I have developed a passion for planning, creative projects, and practical time management strategies, and I value creating a sense of balance between work and home life. For me, harmony isn’t just something I support others to build — it’s something I intentionally cultivate in my own inner world and everyday surroundings.
