I am passionate about empowering women from all walks of life. My vision is for women to live happier and more fulfilling lives without feeling guilty for prioritising their own needs.
The results of my work with clients will often have a positive impact on other members of the family. In coaching, regardless of the focus, the result is usually an improved mental health and well-being. This improved state will have a positive impact on the client’s relationships.
In home organising, the cluttered and disorganised spaces are often shared by other members of the family so the benefits are felt by others as well as my clients.
