Women’s Wellbeing Group


IN PERSON SESSIONS: PETERSFIELD, HAMPSHIRE

Welcome to our Wellbeing for Women group — a small, supportive circle created to nurture connection, self-awareness, and personal growth.

Meeting every two weeks for 1.5 hours, this semi-structured group explores a different theme each session, focusing on topics such as emotional wellbeing, resilience, self-care, boundaries, communication, self-worth, and building healthier relationships with ourselves and others.

This is a safe and welcoming space where women from all walks of life can reflect, share, and learn together. Sessions include guided discussion and practical tools, with the freedom to participate at your own pace — there is no pressure to speak.

Confidence & Self-Esteem Course for Women

If you often second-guess yourself, struggle with self-doubt, or find it hard to recognise your own strengths, this small, supportive group is designed for you.

Over two empowering days, you’ll learn how to break free from unhelpful self-criticism, strengthen your self-belief, and weaken the limiting beliefs that have been holding you back.

In a small and intimate group of women, you’ll benefit from shared experiences, guided reflection, practical tools, and encouragement in a safe and supportive space.

Course Overview

Day 1:

Understanding Low Self-Esteem
Explore what low self-esteem really is, how it develops, and how it may be showing up in your life.

What Keeps our Inner Critic Alive
Identify the thinking patterns and behaviours that maintain low self-worth — and begin interrupting them.

Mapping Your Low Self-Esteem
Understand your personal triggers, emotional responses, and coping strategies so you can start making conscious changes.

Day 2:

Building Healthier Self-Esteem
Learn practical tools and exercises to challenge self-critical thoughts and strengthen self-belief.

Confidence & Self-Compassion in Action
Develop strategies to improve your confidence and treat yourself with greater kindness moving forward.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 2 days before the event. If, after attending the first day, you feel the group isn’t the right fit for you, you’re welcome to withdraw and receive 50% refund.
