Her Home Harmony is a sole trader business providing Life Coaching and Home Organisation services in Hampshire and surrounding areas.

Her Home Harmony shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of contract, or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses suffered or incurred by the Client as a result of their entering into coaching agreement and the Coach providing the Services.

Coaching services

The Coaching services provided are informed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics.

The business holds a valid Professional Indemnity, Public Liability, and Products Liability Insurance under Balens Limited, Bridge House, Portland Road, Malvern, Worcester WR14 2TA. The activities covered by this insurance are: Coaching, Development & Skills Training; Transformational Coaching.

Duties of Client

Coaching is a comprehensive process, which may involve all areas of life including work, family, finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation. The Client is are fully responsible for the decisions and choices reached during the coaching sessions.

Coaching is not a substitute for counselling or mental health care. Client has an obligation to inform their Coach if they are currently in any kind of therapy, and they should advise any medical or therapeutic practitioners involved in their care of their intention to work with a coach prior to commencing the sessions.

Session Fees & Payment

Coaching sessions can be booked individually or as a block of 6 coaching sessions at a reduced rate.

The fees are payable in advance of the Session, no later than 24 hours before the Session commences. All fees are to be paid via bank transfer or via online booking system.

Session Cancellations

A block booking of 6 sessions can be cancelled by the Client at any time by giving at least 48 hours’ written notice. The Client will then receive a refund for any unused sessions, minus the cost of one session.

Each coaching session will last for a maximum of one hour and ten minutes and will either take place online or over the telephone.

Clients may cancel their sessions by providing at least 24 hours’ written notice where possible.

A Coach may cancel a session by providing notice to their Client and if they do so, they will re-schedule the session to the earliest mutually convenient time.

The Coach reserves the right to retain the full session fee in the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice) or a missed appointment.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

The Coach agrees not to (except in the proper course of their duties) use or disclose any Confidential Information to any third party. This restriction does not apply to:

(a) any use or disclosure authorised by the Client or required by law;

(b) any use or disclosure which the Coach in their absolute discretion consider necessary or advisable in order to prevent illegal acts or harm to the Client or to others; or

(c) any information which is already in, or comes into, the public domain otherwise than through the Coach’s unauthorised disclosure.

The Client may disclose to third parties such information about the Sessions as they wish.

The Client acknowledges that by signing a Coaching agreement, they give consent for their personal data to be processed by Her Home Harmony as part of the Coach providing them with the Services. Her Home Harmony will use and process all personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website: www.herhomeharmony.co.uk.

Neither the Client, nor the Coach may make any audio or visual recordings of all or any part of the Sessions without prior written consent.

The Coach acknowledges that in the course of providing the Services they will have access to Confidential Information. Confidential Information means: information in whatever form relating to the Client and their affairs that are confidential to them, including (but not limited to): (i) information that the Coach obtains in connection with the provision of the Services and (ii) the fact that the Coach is providing the Services to the Client.
