Session 2: What Keeps our Inner Critic Alive
Identify the thinking patterns and behaviours that maintain low self-worth — and begin interrupting them.

Session 3: Mapping Your Self-Esteem Cycle
Understand your personal triggers, emotional responses, and coping strategies so you can start making conscious changes.

Session 4: Building Healthier Patterns
Learn practical tools and exercises to challenge self-critical thoughts and strengthen self-belief.

Session 5: Confidence & Self-Compassion in Action
Develop strategies to build sustainable confidence and treat yourself with greater kindness moving forward.

Practical Details

  • 5 weekly sessions (2 hours each)

  • Small, in-person group

  • Delivered online via Zoom

  • Sessions take place on the same day each week for five consecutive weeks

Cancellation policy

If, after attending the first session, you feel the group isn’t the right fit for you, you’re welcome to withdraw and receive a full refund for the remaining sessions. No awkwardness, no hard feelings — just an open door to make the choice that feels right for you. Simply let me know within 48 hours of the first session.

If unforeseen or exceptional circumstances occur during the course that prevent you from continuing, please contact me as soon as possible. Partial refunds may be considered on an individual basis, at my discretion.
